Previous bill, Nill usage, the one before that, Nill usage, the one before that, 1KL..

"Sorry sir... YOU will need to go out there and read the meter for us, it says here the meter wasn't read".

After explaining that it's a VACANT block and that it isn't my job to read their meter she has ordered them to re-read the meter. Oh.. why wasn't it read?? "The meter reader could have been sick that day"... and that is my problem how???

And she was talking to me so matter of factly.. like I had no right to be upset, and it was my problem to solve....

Reminds me of Country Energy last year. Gave them 2 weeks notice to hook up power to a vacant house in Cowra only to get the bill and see they wanted to charge me an 'out of hours connection fee' because the best time to connect power to a vacant house in the 10 business days available is a Sunday afternoon....

Didn't pay that either.....
