I don't think waiting lists for the MY18 will be as long as experienced for the MY16/17 models.

There was probably a lot of pent up demand for the first series and the demographic was mainly older buyers, like myself, for who the Mustang was an iconic car from our youth.

That has largely been satisfied now.

Then, with MY18 there will definitely be a price increase although it's not known yet what the Oz cars will come with. I would say active exhaust and digital dash will be there but not sure of the magna-ride.

I can see Mustang going the way of all the other 2-door Fords/Holdens.
