I don't think that the idea was to ever attract Ranger or Hilux buyers in serious numbers but I'll be curious
to see how the new BT-50 settles into the mid field. I'm half expecting it to surprise a few critics by taking
a bit more market share away from Triton, Navara and the departed Colorado. The Mazda corporate nose
is polarising, so most will either like it or detest it but for me, it's a step above the origin vehicle's styling.
I have this image of T6 engineers looking up from their work stations, smiling and shaking their heads,
Mazda said that Ford didn't have the maturity of design knowledge to execute T6, how the mighty have fallen.
