Missus is pretty supportive here. (i dont have an XC though, but i do have a couple other pricey hobbies)
I only randomly got into it nearly 2 years ago and yeah its evolved into what it is.
I find it a good hobby to just switch off and pass good amounts of time.
I also like to sit an admire it long after it was built, kinda like sitting looking at a freshly washed car, which i also do
