Hmmmm… typical reaction .. bean counters kick in and cut costs= reduced quality = short term profits = warranty issues = increased costs = fix quality spend more, then repeat.
Don’t know about recent products, but in oz, power shift and milkshakes left a hell of a sting…
Be good if they do focus on improving quality to match the prices, only see it as a positive view
