Positive. Red P platers with a NSW License must not go above 90kmh. If you have an interstate license you can drive at that states P plate limits in NSW.
If you don't carry your (interstate) license with you how do they know that you actually have a license................. not to mention if you crash there's no ID so where do they send the body?
