Non argument. Common sense says you carry your license.
Lets say that you're involved in an accident that's not your fault and the other driver involved is in car belonging to someone else.
They can't give you their details as they don't have their license with them. Would you take their word when they give you their name and address and that they really do have a current license and will show to a Police station later.
Which Police station and how would you explain it to your insurance company
