Thats because the modern Thailand Special is rubbish on stilts, watch the DCOA monthly compilations and watch them all lift off the ground in stacks, same with SUVs.
Before you go winding anymore people up with silly stories.

Both driver and rider died, and it's very doubtful that the bike was doing the anything like speed limit for that piece of road.
