Ford is Ford. You don't hear of the CEO of Ford in the media all the time and much less his political leanings.
The CEOs of major companies are the same, save for a few. That way they keep politics out of it.
In short, Elon likes the attention and has attached Tesla to his political affiliations. I think it will impact the company
