Default AU XR8 Loose Fan belt sound

Sometimes when weather is cold, I start up and it sounds like a loud loose fanbelt. I have changed all belts couple of times, with no luck. This sound last for about 3 min and stops when car heated up. Mechanics have n't solved it.
****ed off 'cos XR8 s should never sound like that.
Can anybody help with advice? It would be greatly appreciated.

Could also be the water pump or alternator bearings. But take the serpentine belt off (when the engine is cold) and spin each pulley in the system and see if there is any roughness or noise. Also check the belt isn't glazed (shiny on the running ribbed side surface).

She'll be the cam synchroniser. Replacement is the best option, although you can take them apart and lubricate the bearing

Try tipping a cup of water on the belt when first starting up.If the problem is an old hard belt the noise will disappear for a few seconds. If water doesn,t make any difference the problem is mechanical
