Well no deposit back instead i get a 2am call from the seller whos panicking about dudding me and hes sayin he and some mates will get the car back and the original deal will be back on??!? I couldn't believe what i was hearing.
Really dont give a hoot about the car anymore, but ive taken some action and now ill sit back and wait for the phone to ring and see which wsy it goes. Mixed up affair this one. |

With all those different stories coming out maybe it's wise to get that deposit back and walk away for good !

Geez, with friends like that, who needs enemies.
I dunno, I a big skeptic. I would get ya deposit back if you havent already, and move on. Sounds way to sus to me.

get a revs check on it .or get engine no and vin no and go to police to see if it stollen

The seller sounds unstable, and the situation seems suspicious and risky. If it were me I'd be asking for my deposit back and conducting a hasty tactical retreat. I think you're getting caught up in someone else's major dramas.
