Just on the back of the 'DVR' thread.
I also had thought that 'give way to the right' was the "smart" way of traversing through roundabouts, otherwise it's just organised chaos. If two cars are approaching a roundabout at the exact same time and the rules simply state give way to any vehicle already in the roundabout - then what happens? As traffic lights go out, many people follow the give way to right rule and that's probably the safest way of doing things. What do others think?
