You only have to be 3km's over and your caught, thats very easy to do espeically in a 50zone going down hill, I thank all those people who give warning of a Flasher, there was a camera the other day on Galleghers rd in Glen Waverley Right on the hill going down fromthe roundabout, and this hill is very very steep, its soo hard to maintain 50kms coming around a roundabout down a steep hill,
Makes me very very ANGRY! when i see things like that...
