Can We Have Pictures as Signatures?

Can it be enabled just have a size restriction such as the avatar's or even better make the mods watch those with signatures all forums that I am involved in have images for signatures I understand that there are Dial up etc but example my Signature is about 15kb or similar to my avatar.

ok so why have a image well look at everyones signatures its letter's that make you confused with the topic at hand.

okay so heres what my signature looks like and if this can be enabled if it's even gonna be considered id be more than willing to make many signatures for anybody in any style as do work with Graphics and Photoshop!
