Default How many JG65TE coupes are there?

I know this has been the subject of numerous threads over the years but I read another article in the Australian Classic Car magazine (September 2012 Issue)

Long story short, I've got a December 1977 build XC Hardtop, JG65TE chassis prefix. I've always thought it was an ex cop car, have read a post about the cops ordering 60 coupes pre the cobra rollout and have also read about the 13 Homolgation specials built December 1977 with the chassis pre-fix JG65TE...

From all of that I believe the defining feature of the pre-cobras was the wider tubs, which mine doesn't have, so have assumed reports that ONLY 13 coupes were built December 1977 must be wrong...

Anyone else got a December 1977 JG65TE coupe, are there lots of em?
