This was where "Adrenalin" motor complex was to be. It got shelved a few years back due mainly to the escalating land values... Land out this way is now up to $180 per Sq metre!

Adrenalin was Deer Park wasnt it? Maybe the same area as I dont know the suburbs that well

Adrenalin I think was supposed to be on the plot of corner of palmers & boundary rd, now an estate

The talk of avalon was right next to the airport, so there's no chance of housing going there anyway. At least some guys are having a red hot crack this time and putting the time into trying to get a new track
