G'day South Africa, hows the Rugby, good job.
In Australia the only Sierra's we have are Suzukis.
There's the odd Ford Sierra import from the UK but thats about it I think.

yeah production ended in 1992, but sierra's r still very much alive here. Dragging and drifting with these cars r buckets of fun and they don't cost buckets of cash. (except for the Sierra XR8 that people still asks alot of Rand for)

I'll try add sum pics of mine

thanx, yes the Sierra XR8 was produced in South Africa between 1984 and 86' to compete against BMW and Alfa in the SA Racing competitions.

It had a 5.0L V8 engine producing ±160 kw (the power may not sound much, but it was powerfull for that era) and was fueled by a Holly carb. Only 250 XR8 Sierra's were ever made.

this one was for sale a few weeks ago for R72 000

I don't think it has the top speed of your XR8 Falcon's, but with a 5.0L motor in a same size body as the V6 Sierra... it's quick off the mark
