After the new buyer pulls out of the deal CMI will close by the end of the year

Also sounds like Dana has contingency plan in place to get suspension components from elsewhere..

So, out of the industries they manufacture for, Ford must have been their only real customer? What about the other customers? They must have been on the brink for ages.
