gday all
I have a mate who has 2 engines at his house that he says are 460ci ford now i know they are ford but would like to know the engine numbers/codes to confirm what they are If they are they could find their way here in the for sale section mods if this is in the wrong area please move thanks in advance Jason

You have to check the crank as both 429/460 use the same head blocks etc the cranks are the only way to tell the difference on the crank there should be either 460 = 2Y, 2YA, 2YAB or 2YABC....or 3Y or 3Ya stamped on the crank. |
