Kia Stinger? Compromises on the v8 but still has the grunt.

Such a great car, that no one bought them, and it’s destined for the chopping block. No one wants sedans anymore. Stop living in denial. SUV’s are more popular. You might not like it, but it’s fact. |

That's why I had to leave Ford as I love fast wagons that aren't a bus on wheels |

But that's the whole point. My car nails a Mustang or any other Ford in wet as it's made extremely high quality and delivers in all conditions even a decade old. Why isn't Ford capable of making decent cars anymore? |

You know what's better than an SUV?
Kia Carnival Platinum. Nothing beats the KING of people movers for moving people (who'd a thunk?!) It looks gangsta in black too. If I ever accidentally reproduce I'm buying one of those, using that as my excuse to wear a polo shirt tucked into cargo shorts, matching socks and sandals and I'll be throwing gang signs out the window with one hand and making animal balloons with the other. |

Can't get one in Manual Franco.. Plus It's way over Op's Budget...!!
A LDV Van will tick most of the OP's Boxs.... 1)Turbo Petrol. 2)Manual. 3) Between $30 & $40 K............ |

I’d like to know what “extremely high quality” has got to do with nailing every Ford in the wet.

Reviews in the US were very positive and Palisade had a big price advantage over a similarly equipped Explorer, so the bang for bucks for our buyers is definitely there. For our market, Ford has doubled down on Everest, I think it’s a shame that Explorer is a no show but that can’t be helped if Ford doesn’t have a RHD version, it’s a showroom hole that makes me sad. |

IMO is a great car, but I wont buy one I prefer a powerful SUV. should have? Ford did have V6 turbo offerings other than Falcon. Taurus SVO & Mondeo ST bother weren't sold here as we had Falcon I guess. and all have been dropped. They used to make a Mondeo ST estate - better than your VW too

Think you suffer a bit of badge snobbery Merc.People buy and usually overpay for Euro,s which aren’t overly reliable. The benchmark for reliability now is Japanese followed closely by Korea, then Thai not far behind.

The Stinger poos on a Mustang on most fronts - maybe just not the cylinder count.
What if there was a 4dr Mustang? Hmm...
