XY GT replica stolen from Port Adelaide in the last couple of nights. SA rego custom plates 'FALCON' any info to Adelaide police please.

Great news guys because of all the social media the police were given a tip and the vehicle and offenders were located. Luckily the car was still in one piece and undamaged. Food for thought to get a tracking device fitted to your cars.

I've posted on the WA crime page on fb, but just wanted to post here as well. Can everyone please keep an eye out for my car, it was STOLEN overnight from my garage in Forrestfield, WA it's a Silver BF XT Falcon 1CZX 995 thanks everyone.

To all who shared my photo, thanks for your help, you can now stop looking for my car, Wanneroo police found it overnight and it has been completely burned out.

At least it has been located quickly, so you can get on with the insurance claim.

I expected mine to be burnt, as its the only way the theives can ensure they can't be traced.

My Girlfriends pride and joy was Stolen last sunday night 3.3.13 between 9pm - 7am from Wantirna South Area South Eastern Suburbs VIC, shes really upset as it was her first car and took alot of care with it.

Sapphire Blue, Lowered with 18" GTP Copies (Two of the tyres are Brand new, Rotala)
Alphine Head unit CDE 121
Sony Xplode 15" Sub
Has Velour Front Seats but Rear Leather seats
Dint on Rear LHS Panel near Rear brake light
The picture below is NOT her car but is more or less an identical replica (minus the tinted windows and bigger wheels, but the wheels are the same type). We never took any pictures of it.

Hey guys,
I've got some good news. The car was found this morning In Harold Street Wantirna South.
Looks like they didn't get very far as its on the other side of the same suburb.
Harold street has alot of Chicanes so I'd say they've hit a chicane and busted the rim.

Rear window and Front LHS Window smashed, rear damage to the car and all Stereo stuff stolen.

At least we got the car back, and is currently at the police being finger printed. Then off to the insurance company assessors.
We only have third party fire and theft so it will be covered up to $3000.

With all the cameras watching our roads why have they not already found the owner of the Commy? Stolen plates??

A car like this didn't have any sort of tracking? Probably also disabled if they were pros. Perhaps stolen to order, and already in a container waiting to leave on the next cargo ship.

It was left in an unlocked shed over Easter while the owner was on holiday I reckon an insurance Job

I saw a local tv news piece on it and in the same shed, parked along side it under a tarp, was a white with blue stripe GT40 that was untouched. I'd guess stolen to order before insurance scam.

Mind you, we're talking about your average 2 bay shed with roller doors that you'd find in thousands of yards all over the country. I don't know about you but if I had 1/2 a mills worth of exotic cars sitting at home they would be secured in something more substantial than your average (unlocked) Ranbuilt/Olympic/Tru-Steel roller door shed with no alarm system. Which begs the question, what insurance company would cover such vehicles in such an insecure location? His premiums must be scary.

He said it was most likely stolen to order where you defamed the owner of the car and victim of the crime by accusing him of fraud. I guess you have inside information of the investigation to make such a comment, as no one would be stupid enough to leave them selves open to a defamation case like that
