whats this down south? Farmers all over SA are dry seeding, did the same last year but then there was decent moisture still in the ground....not this year.

Yes farmers are the biggest grumblers, too wet, too much, not enough, soaking would have been better, etc etc. I worked with lower EP farmers for 9 years think I heard it all.

Yeah rain wise for SA & Western Vic to be more specific!

Have been following a young farmer on Youtube from mid E.P. Reckons its a dustbowl ATM.

Hoping we’re at the tail of what has been a fairly excessive rainfall for the Sydney basin. The ground still hasn’t really dried from 2022’s repeated drenchings.

Have had to crank up 1 of the oil heaters the past 2 nights. Turns around quick!

2 here last night. 25 for the weekend. Never got any of the rain Melbourne had, skirted around us completely.
