I purchased a Flash 2 off you guys a year or 2 ago and finaly have a fault that I though I could fault find with it.
I have a ABS problem that causes the light to come on whilst driving. When I hook up the Flash 2 to down load the codes, I follow the instructions and get no codes (key off-key on etc). How do I down load the code with a Flash2 when it seems that the fault resets when the car is turned off? Is this setup only good for hard faults? Any assistance would be appreciated. Cheers, |

Fault codes are stored in the ecm and don't disappear when turning the car off then on again, if you are not getting any fault codes then none are being generated.

Theo,
Thanks for your help. I presume that the Flash 3 would have only the same DTC functionality as the Flash 2. Cheers, |
