Tezxr8man you have misread my post.

I mean to say that it is no use using Holden as a baramometer for success because they are making the same mistakes....so why be envious of them?

Big motors regardless of how much technology you apply to them will always use more fuel, or people will think they do.

A turbo charged 4 cyl will always be seen as a fuel efficient sporty car by the general public.

A 4 litre in line 6 turboed will/and is viewed as a gas guzzling anachronism by most people who pay for the fuel out of their own pockets.

The current global Ford stategy, particularly for the global Ford to be 4 cylinder is streets ahead of Holden who seem to be incensed with 6 litre cars.

I can't wait to drive a 4 cyl turbo charged falcon.
