Default AVEA extended warranty

Just wondering if anyone here has had any dealings with avea extended warranty? Some of you may know of them as Australian Dealer Insurance.
From what I've read I can't find anyone who doesn't have a complaint against them.
I ask this because I've bought a second hand falcon, from ford, and was offered 3years full extended warranty for free as part of the sale, and its through AVEA.
