New Years Eve Party, CQ.

Good Evening All,
I would like to extend an invite to members to join us for the 2005 New Years Eve count down party. We will be partying down till the wee hours at Gladstone this year, and expect to eclipse last years bash, which was held at Gracemere ( tough ask I know, thanks Foxes)

Last year the theme was "Mad Hatters" which was a ball, and this year we have discussed a new theme which will be even better. The theme for the evening will be BLUE, hence the colour of the thread text.

As per last year, BYO drinks, chairs, and a snack and meal to share (Smorgasboard Style). Oven, stove and BBQ on site for use!

We have limited Accomadation available at our home(plenty of floor space if you have a swag/ blow up matress), and our friends (Panda's) down the block can house a family, otherwise there is a close motel.

Mirella, the Kids and Myself look forward to seeing as many as possible of you for the festive season, and await your replies here.

I will add a few piccies from last year, to get the juices flowing.

Hope you have some good games organised!! All the fox crew have booked into the motel for the night. Do we need stuff for recovery breakfast? or will we be still partying.

Please dont let these wonderful pics put any new comers off coming! The Smiley gang will be there and have also booked into the motel for the night. I have purchased a disco ball and need a good space to hang it for all the great movers and shakers.(MNM I need a powerpoint). With great music, great company, great food and beverages what more could you want for NEW YEAR!!!!!! :the_finge
Do you have any plans for recovery day! Maybe a picnic at the dam with a self catered lunch?

Its probably fair to say that if the Smiley's a re coming than the Baxters will make an appearance. With the Foxes confirmed and the MNM's on site it will be a great evening. Nobody else joining us!!!???

Hope you told the missus mate! Got everything organised! Would love to meet up with you guys and get to meet some real mountain folks! I guess the old blue overalls and check shirt counts as something blue, do we have to wear the straw hats and chew tobaccy as well! :lookedat:

Not sure who Snoopy is, nor am I concerned, but if they wish to join us, they are more than welcome, just need to pm someone for an address.

Mel is knocking up a couple of chooks and a few salads for dinner, what about the rest of you?
We will sort out whats happening New Years Day when we are together, but I have set up some options, and will organise food. Brecky @ home too.

Only a few sleeps to go.

From all of your southern brethren Happy New Year. I hope your party is as good as the pictures suggest it will be. I would also like to thank you all for representing the club up there over the last year. You do us all proud. Have a good night and we will see you all in next year.
