I tend to agree...maybe use a petrol V6 hybrid later for the performance end however for those that own a diesel Territory like me I'd suggest if we can get a more powerful diesel with the same refinement the 2.7L Tdi offered in a new Everest especially, sales will grow.

My biggest bugbear is that going from a Titanium Territory to Titanium Everest isn't an interior visual/quality/luxury step up and hence why I never entertain such a purchase, on top of the powertrain refinement.

By all accounts the F-150 V6 diesel is just as refined seeing as it's from the same family.

For sure, the 3.0 Powerstroke is the newer big brother to Territory’s 2.7 TCDI,
the quiet smoothness and efficiency of the diesel are fondly remembered.

Agree with your comments regarding Titanium Everest, they’re trying to make
it fit two roles because Endura wasn’t a 3-Row SUV and the Explorer isn’t RHD.
