Whats that old chestnut about the law being an ***? This is a prime example about legal rights and benefits going to those who can afford the better legal representation.

Considering the BS Holden pulled in the dealership/franchise agreements 8-10 years ago, I dont blame the dealers one iota for going for GM's Jugular.

Ie: showrooms had to be updated with new floor tiles from *one* supplier, at considerable cost.

Then after it all fell apart, the stunts they puled in the name of "Protecting the brand"
