C10 or c4 . I'd go c4 . Call Norm @ Northmead auto and he will sort one out .

C4/C lol all the same . There are case variations . It all depends on what bellhousing you use . If you use a dellow housing they bolt to the pump bolts and suit any case .
My preference is the TorquePower bell but they require a Pan fill Clevo C4 A.K.A a C10 A nice build will take 400 RWHP easy If it is Turbo and makes a lot of torque a PG could be an option for race only |

DTM Transmission make a Full Manual BTR 4 Speed tough enough for the job - can fit trans brake in it if required and even a lock up convertor for highway use - how tough - they have a 9 second el xr6 turbo with one fitted 😊

C4/C10 as suggested give Norm @ Northmead Auto Centre a call, he builds the best C4 ever, last one he did for us was behind a 500hp 302W for nearly 20 years, car was driven daily and raced fortnightly, went 2-3 years between services amazingly, oil was only changed once a year lol.

Especially with transbrake..

Well if he wants to go fast he will use a auto...Manuals and drag racing only work if it's a Liberty or Nash clutch-less deal which means no street driving,Pro-Stock style.
I use a C4 behind my roller cammed 250 and it is better to drive and faster than it was with a rail with no broken diff's or gear selectors anymore,win-win. |
