I plan on getting one of the last Xr6 turbo utes, in a manual of course! I'm a country boy & I can't think of a more Australian car to buy as a keeper than a Ford Falcon ute with THAT fabulous engine.
Should be fun!

Between the XR8 and a new Mustang for me, Looking forward to seeing some more pictures of the rear and interior before deciding either way.
Pricing and specification levels will be critical. |

Already have a deposit down on an auto XR8 at the local Ford dealer.
Fully refundable depending on price and fit out. But so far, I'm loving what I'm seeing.

Tossing up between an XR6T, G6ET or XR8 in early 2016. Depends on how Ford decide to price them (and how much travel I do between now and then...)

Might get another XR6t, will have to suss it out first. With Mustang around the corner it will be a tough choice.

Mustang vs XR...certainly interesting. Ive convince myself that the falcon ticks more boxes then I see Sally's hips and all that goes out the window.
By the end of next year Im aiming at a XR8, but will probably fold to a XR6T which is just fine; hoping XR6T gets Brembo option.

I was seriously ready to put a deposit down on a fully optioned white xr8 when the front cgi's were released, but then I saw those rear end shots......
I THINK I will just pour another 20k into my turbo terry for now and buy the mustang when that arrives instead. |

Definitely interested in the XR8, colour undecided until I see the range available. I would love the XR8 in manual, sunroof, brembo's and leather....but please Ford, I hope the leather is a step up from the FG...the leather in my BF XR8 lasted a lot longer.

Depending on future payouts or lotto wins, possibly a XR8. Failing that I'll continue to plug around in my 5 yo FG XR6 being envious of those who have a new XR8.

Just wait until you see the rear end of the XR8 in the metal before you make that decision, because I think it looks hot, especially in black.

I'm in for an auto XR6T or XR8 sedan probably mid next year once there are a few demonstrators floating around. I'll drive both and decide then, though I'm leaning towards the XR8. I just hope the inside is a nice place to be, I do really like the VF interiors and they were at the top of my Santa list until very recently!

Id say once its exposed its going to remind us of a European car
Unfortunately so many new cars now, have a strong resemblance of European cars (Not going to mention Manufacturers) I just hope the falcon stands out on the road and leaving other cars in the dark |
