Default 351c 2v manifold

After some advice, looking at replacing the cast iron manifold to a alloy one on my 351c 2v manual, keen on edelbrock, found ed2750 or ed7564 if any one would know which would be best, it's just going to be a street drive, and cruiser. If anyone had other brands that they recommend i will be keen to suss them out aswell.
Thanks guys
Chris

I'd go the air gap, it'll support some mods in the future. But on a stock 351 both will work well.

I will be putting a mild cam in most likely. You think the ed 2750 will still be fine?

The ed2750 is pretty much an aftermarket version of the original 4 barrel, but in alloy

I have an Edelbrock Performer on my 2V 351C and found it really good.

i put a edelbrock 2750 in a standard 351c 2v, with a summit cam 5201, woke it up a bit. mines a cruiser so very happy with it.
