Hello just wondering if its legal to replace Factory bucket seats with after-market ones, as my drivers seat in my FG XR8 is worn & the foam on R/S base is all squashed or broken up, i was looking the web & found some nice SAAS bucket seats at half the price i would have to pay to get my Bucket seat re-upholstered , The Saas seat was the Kombat Bucket seat states ADR Compliant E1001, is it legal to bolt in After market Front Seats ? Any information would be great..... Thanks.

The issue you will run into will be the FG will have airbags in the seats where aftermarket seats won't.
Even if you find one that does , I don't like your chances of it being compatible to the Falcon system. |

Im pretty sure my 08 FG doe's not have air bags in the front buckets.... but i will have a look in the morning, i may ring around to see how much to have the Drivers side bucket fixed.
